The layers

Treatments

Four layers of care, from what people see to what holds it all up. Each one planned digitally, explained in writing, and delivered by one team in one building.

01Firn · the structural layer

Precision Implantology

Drag to turn
A zirconia molar crown on a titanium-nitride abutment, screwed into a grade 4 titanium implant with a tapered thread.

Every implant is placed through a plan:

  • 3D scan (CBCT) of the jaw and the bite before anything is decided
  • Bone grafting only where the scan shows it is needed
  • Printed surgical guide for millimetre-accurate placement
  • Crown designed first, implant positioned for the crown

Implantology at Firn starts with the tooth you will end up with and works backwards to the bone. We plan the crown on your scan, place the implant where that crown needs it, and use a printed guide so the surgery follows the plan. You receive the plan, the timeline and the price in writing before you travel.

02Névé · the full arch

Full-Arch Rehabilitation

A fixed arch, rebuilt in one sequence:

  • Four to six implants, posterior ones tilted to avoid grafting
  • Provisional fixed arch within 48 hours of surgery
  • Bite, lip support and phonetics checked at try-in
  • Final milled zirconia arch after three to four months of healing

For people who have lost most of their teeth, or whose teeth are failing, we replace the whole arch with a bridge fixed on four to six implants. You leave the first trip with fixed teeth, not a denture, and return once for the final zirconia arch, milled one floor below the surgery.

03Snowline · what people see

Smile Design

Designed to your face before your teeth:

  • Photo and video analysis of your smile while you speak
  • Facial proportions, lip line and gum line measured
  • Shade taken in daylight from the north window
  • Mock-up worn in your mouth before any preparation

A smile design is a set of decisions about length, width, shape and shade. We make them with you, on video and in the mirror, and you wear a resin mock-up of the result before a single tooth is touched. If it does not feel like you, we change the design, not your teeth.

04Bedrock · what holds it up

Digital Planning & In-House Lab

Scan, plan, mill and finish under one roof:

  • Intraoral scan instead of trays of impression paste
  • Planning call with your clinician and your technician
  • Five-axis milling of zirconia and titanium in the building
  • Hand layering and glazing by the same technician

The lab is one floor below the surgery. That means the person who mills your crown has seen your face, heard your plan and checks the fit in the chair. Remakes are rare, and when they happen they take hours, not another flight.
